Learning About What Police Officers Do

This week we are learning about community workers! We talked about being a firefighter and how they protect the community! So we created our own firefighter hats!

Going On A Dinosaur Hunt!

We made binoculars so we could go on a dinosaur hunt around the room! We made our binoculars in the morning and then went on our hunt in the afternoon! The kids had a blast using the binoculars to hunt down the dinosaurs that were placed around the room!

Coloring Dinosaurs!

With this crazy day, we colored a dinosaur! We then talked about all the different kinds of dinosaurs that we colored!

How Many 2 Year Olds Tall is a T-Rex?

Miss Amanda measured out how tall a T-Rex dinosaur is on the floor with tape. We then decided to see how many 2 year olds tall a T-Rex is. They had so much fun laying on the floor to see how many friends could fit! We then counted out how many friends tall a T-Rex dinosaur was! Such a fun hands on experience for the kids!

Dinosaur Tracks!

During our dinosaur week we painted with dinosaurs to make their tracks! They had a blast painting with them!

Dinosaur Fossils!

Learning about Dinosaurs was so much fun for the kids! We had special dinosaur fossils that we put in playdoh. They were very excited to see the imprint the fossils left in playdoh!
